TDP for VM backup fail raw disk

Hi All,

İ want backup to with raw disk server via tdp for vm enviroment but i have get some error.

ANS4148E Full VM backup of Virtual Machine 'pdwh1' failed with RC 4382

i use tdp vm: 6.3.0.2 version.

You can't backup all typed for RDMs with DP for VMware. It depend's of the mapping type. I think there are two virtual and another one. One of these should work when you set a specific option in your dsm.opt. Unfortunately I can't remember the option name as it is long.

i found the option;
when i with raw disk vm backup i should use ;
backup vm xxxx vmtype=fullvm vmprocessvmwithprdm=yes

we have a guest with more than 20 raw disks attached. we have already added "vmprocessvmwithprdm=yes" to the opt file but backups fails with following error code: -1073740940 and client crashes.
anyone else with the same problem or a solution?
