TDP For SAP HANA 2.0 problem

I use spectrum protect for ERP 8.1.6 to backup sap hana 2.0 with dynamic tier 2.0
Every time Backint backup always hang

always hang on esserver

in backup.log like this

it say BackupExecuteDataBackupInProgress , but backint.log not show to backup

Do someone has the same issue? resolve it?
