TDP For Exchange

Hello,

I have TDP For Exchange 6.4.1 and I am able to backup my Exchange 2010 Mailbox servers without issue.
My problem is with the backup of Public Folder servers which failed:
ANS1512E Scheduled event 'EXCHANGE-FULL-DAILY-2PM' failed. Return code = 255.
this is the command line scheduled...
%exc_dir%\tdpexcc backup * full /tsmoptfile=%exc_dir%\dsm.opt /logfile=%exc_dir%\excsch.log >> %exc_dir%\excfull.log

any idea?

In the directory C:\Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\TDPExchange, if we issue-
tdpexcc backup * full /tsmoptfile=<drive letter>:\path\\dsm.opt /logfile=%exc_dir%\excsch.log >> excfull.log

Are we able to backup the Exchange via the TDP?
Just want to take the scheduler out of the picture.
