TDP for Domino, shared memory problem

when I work with TDP for Domino, I get this error message "shared memory from a previous notes/domino run has been detected, this process will exit now" and Domino server and TDP for domino crach.

Going to need a little more information.

What is the full version of the TDP for Domino, TSM API, Domino and the os that is hosting the applications?
How much physical and virtual memory do we have on the system?
Are there any errors in the os logs around the time frame of when the message occur?
Is the issue re-creatable?

What log did we find the message in?

Just the message alone, the first thing that comes to my mind is the following -
LO50818: "SHARED MEMORY FROM A PREVIOUS NOTES/DOMINO RUN HAS BEEN DETECTED" ERR WHEN FIRST LAUNCH NOTES ON WINDOWS 7

TDP for domino 7.1.2
Domino 9
TSM 7.1.1.4
Windows 2008 server R2 64bit
32GB RAM
No TSM log error

Since the error did not occur with the TSM application.
The issue is with Domino.
With Domino 8.5, its a known issue and the solution is to reboot the system. The issue is supposed to be addressd at Domino 9, which is where you are currently at.
Would contact Lotus Domino Support to see what level of Domino 9 have the issue address.
