TDP and File server

How can I configure TDP for lotus domino on rhel 5.2

My file servre backup is very slow. Client verssion is 6.2(64 bit) and server verssion is 6.2(64 bit) also. I am already enable the journaling.
File server os is 2008(64 bit).

Please please suggest..

With regards to the slow backups, have you taken a look at the 6.2 performance tuning giude? There are a number of client and server options you can set which may improve performance.
