Supported Browser for Admin Center 6.3

I am just starting to use Admin Center 6.3. I find that I can only get Internet Explorer to work. All other browsers seem to work, until you try and use the "Select Action" pulldown.. you can click on it.. just nothing happens.
I have tried both the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox.. but neither work.. am I missing some setting on these browsers ? Only being able to use Internet Explorer really limits the operating systems I need to use.. Any help would be appreciated..

I've had success with older versions of Firefox 3.6 and previous, otherwise Internet Explorer 8 is the only "supported" browser.
