startISC failed

Dear all, I've just installed the TSM and the ISC web console to follow a guide from IBM, but the fit would appear ISC startup error like this:
[root@tsm ~]# /opt/IBM/ISC601/PortalServer/bin/startISC.sh ISC_Portal

I Had also a lot off problems to instal ISC. Now i'm using TSMmanager.
