I'm trying to get a listing of every active file and its owner. I'm selecting from BACKUPS and the report is generating the path/file and owner however the owner information reported differs in some cases to what is actually on the client!
Yet when restoring a file that was reported as having $X and $Y as owner and group it actually restores it with $A and $B, the same owner and group as the file currently on disk. Very odd.
I know when you change permissions of a file TSM reports Updating during the backup and updates its records but does not actually backup the file again.
So after that enourmous pre-amble, my question is:
Does anyone know where in TSM I can get the upto date version of ownership (other than on the GUI)?
