Hi All,

We have a VMWare environment running at version 6.5. I have just installed TSM for VE version 8.1.10.0. When trying to backup a VM using tagging I am getting ANS2375E and have read the following article. https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/backup-vm-fails-ans2375e-when-vmware-tagging-enabled

One thing I wanted to ask the group is. The FQDN on the vcenter is the IP address yet vCenter PNID/Hostname is: name-vc

I have tried entering the name-vc and IP address as the entry for the VMChost in the .opt file and still the same issue happens.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if so the fix.

Thank you,

Chris
