Space reclamation not running properly..

In one of my tsm server , i can see many volumes in copy pools (offsite storage pools) have a percentage reclaimable space more than 90 % , but when i tried running a space reclamation for that copy pools , its not happening .. i cannot do a move data also for those volumes.. can anybody tell me how to proceed with this , so that the valid data those residing in those volumes will be moved to other volumes and can be called as scratch volumes..

What error messages do you get in your activity log when you run a reclamation? What commands are you running exactly?
