Hi All ,
We are getting below errors while mounting tapes "Scratch Volume mount denied due to ANR8302E I/O error on drive with volume (OP=WRITE,Error Number=13, CC=0, rc = 28"
Some search points to SKLM encryption servers connectivity could be problem and i noticed that the SKLM servers were decommsioned by the OS team . Can someone tell me how to resolve the issue now ?
They do have new servers build and keys migrated to new servers . How do i direct tsm or tape library to use the new SKLM servers
