IF you run on TSM server
NODE_STA:q opt (where NODE_STA is the server you defined for your node)
Check your options are being set such as ssltcpport etc
Please post solution once you have it

I've opened an PMR and we are still working on it. I'll post the solution if I've it.
All options are set correctly but currently no success.
