Sending Email Reports from the new Tivoli Intergrated Portal/Admincenter

Hello to all,

I have just completed installing the new IBM Tivoli monitoring and reporting package V6.3 This package now uses Cognos for some of the reporting along with the new and improved Tivoli Enterprise Portal. Overall this package seems to be a great improvement over the earlier attempts of providing reporting via the admin center. The problem I'm having is using the send mail feature to send a report. I cant seem to get the darn thing to work. I have setup the relay config on exchange, I can telnet to the smtp port on exchange, and i have tested the config in cognos to test the email and that works too. I just cant get a report to send from the admin center. Has anyone got this feature to work yet?
I'm I missing something?

I installed the packages on win2008 64bit and other than the email feature all appears to be working. If any of you have gotten this thing to work please let me know what I'm missing.
