Scheduling RMAN backup on TSM server

Hello There,

I need know the steps for Scheduling RMAN backup on TSM server.
Currently we are running RMAN backups through crontab schedule on DB node. This get backup on TSM server.

Now, we need this RMAN backup to run from TSM server schedule like we schedule for Daily incremental backup. (like define schedule.. command)

I need to know which all things are prerequisite, which command to use on TSM server ,which all policy domains need to created, important parameters of policy domain. Your help will be appreciated.

Current environment:
TSM server: Linux
DB node: AIX server with RMAN manager
