I had the following error :"Schedule TDP SQL Failed ANS1512E ERROR 402".
the error 402, means always that one of the databases is not online/connected ?

In our environment we get this error when the BA client sessions run into the TDP client sessions and the max num mount points for the IP/Server are exceeded.

check your act log with se="anr????d" se="anr????w" se="anr????e" one of those should have that 402 lumped in there.
