On what platform are you running SAP?

I didnt find anything of dsm.sys file and let me know at what time you will be available.

This means you have not configured the client properly - read the guides from IBM website: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSZHVN_7.1.3/erp.hana/t_dperp_saphana_installing.html
