Running TSM DB backup while Protect STgpool running

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to know if it safe to run DB backup while Protect stgpool is running.

Protect is running at max session of 20. we had DB backup hanged previously when running DB backup while Replicate node is running.

Thanks in advance

It's best to run the DB backup on its own from a performance point of view, but sometimes you have no choice.
