    Just my 0.02 .
With msksyb and/or sysback, can create bootable media.
Can't create bootable media with TSM, since TSM was not design to backup rootvg just non-rotvg.

    Good Luck,
    Sias

I have done NIM rootvg backup and TSM restore for the other mount points.

I have used this for DR purposes, and works well.
