Hi there,
I have to retrieve ~150 TB of archived data using a user that is not root on a linux server (target is an Isilon FS where no local root users shall be authorized)
The user in question is allowed to log on using the desired node specification, query filespace, but not tu query archive. I have read some doc concerning dsmtca, but did not manage to get it to work.
Are there some hidden mysteries retrieving under Linux? I would prefer doing it under Windows, but the archive was written using Linux and I don't want to risk damaging it.
I would really appreciate if someone out here could bring sth useful to light!
