I have been tasked with recovering the nsf files of several individuals over a a span of 5 mos. These individuals are still active Notes users. I have successfully ran a preview type Import. I dont see a problem in retrieving the data. The problem that I see is redirecting the data so that I don't overlay the current active data. I have read posts that suggest renaming original nodename, then renaming back after the import completes. My issue with this is that I expect this import to run beyond 24 hrs. This would interfere with the scheduled daily backup. I am also aware of the MERGEfilespaces option. I am unclear which value to use, and what their results will be. I would greatly appreciate any good advice,
