Attempting to restore the master database using TDP for SQL to another server on a separate network to the live one. I have already successfully restored the normal file space using the test TSM server from DRM tapes, have installed the TDP agent and attempted to restore the master DB.

I get the following error:

I have set the SQL server to single user mode.

I have marked all primary storage areas as destroyed or unavailable so that the restore operation will use the DRM media. As already stated this worked fine for the normal file restore (which is on different policy domain to sql).

I have gone into the SQL GUI and selected master and then restore - I then get the above error message.

Anyone got any idea's??
