Restore SharePoint 2010 Farm using TSM for SharePoint

Hi,
I have to restore my entire farm to new machine.

Current Environment:
1 SharePoint Server 2010
1 SQL Server 2008 R2
I have taken complete / full backup using TSM.

Please tell me steps to restore complete farm on new machine.

New Environment:
1 Machine. i am going to install SQL and SharePoint on same machine. would it work for restore. What steps i have to follow in order to successful complete restore.
