Hi Guy

It s possible to have access to get dsmsched.log , dsmerror.log dsm.opt and restart client acceptor ? it's possible with tsmmanager but I think it is possible to do with the server ?

I begin to have many customer and would like to manage them more easily

I have never used TSMmanager, so don't know what it can or can't do. I know the TSM Operation Center doesn't have those features, at least at the moment.

However, all the things you mentioned are all remote management. So to access the logs, you have a few options:
- connect to \\machine\c$ to browse the drives on a Windows machine to get the logs
- on Windows, use RDP to remote control the machine and restart any service
- FTP or Samba to access the files on a remote Unix/Linux machine to get the logs
- telnet the box to restart a daemon for any Unix/Linux machine

Now, to centrally manage that, then you will need to acquire system management software to do that.

You can view client dsmerror.log and dsmsched.log from Operation Center if you instal and configure TSM Client Management Service on client. Also you can have acces from OC to ba-client WEB GUI (dsmacd).
In Operation Center in client properties configure:
Remote management URL
Remote diagnostics URL
