Q DRM= nothing

Good afternoon

I had some issues with my TSM and library- None of the tapes in the library were visable to TSM- That issue has been resolved but now- I don't see any drm media when I type q drm

All I see is one tape in the vault- None to move off site-

oh! it's only 5 volumes in volumehistory? it is possible to find volhist.out before your library problem occurs? (I hope you've outputs of your volhist)

There are alot more volumes then that- so many I fill the buffer- about 50 pages of this but the same info- either stgdelete or stgnew- the dev class is all lto-

My library is working ok now- now I am trying to figure out why I don't see any media as mountable when I enter q drm

When no volumes show as dr media, I'd take a look at drmstatus, and look at the "Copy Storage Pools:" line. Does the copy stgpool you're thinking of show up there? Does it have volumes?

I'd be a bit concerned about the above. Not sure if it is causing your problem but may be related.

But if "q drm" is showing 1 vol, I'd say you've lost all your drm info somehow - some admin commands or an admin schedule may have done something wrong. I can't think of any way to fix this other than bring back all of your offsite volumes, checking them in, and then doing your drm moves back offsite to repopulate drm.

what n9 is meaning is, when you do q drmstatus, you get:

Is that correct? or might you be missing a copy storage pool?
