I have tried to install a 64-bit TSM client 5.3.0 (same problem with 5.2.3) on 64-bit Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition. Computer Intel Itanium2 1.5 GHz. The backup starts but never went complete, transfer rate is very law. I don't think it's problem with TSM server (5.2.3.5) or the network bacause i can't run client GUI correct. When I start the GUI it takes several minutes for it to respond for each action. After at last five minutes I can start a backup but it works very slow, about 90kB/s. In the end the application crash. Is it someone who recognize this problem and maybe have a resolution.
