Hello all
I currently have a TSM Master server connected to a 3584 library running 3580 LTO3 tape drives. I have two TSM servers connected to this master server, and tape drive paths are defined in the system and all works okay.
I am planning an expansion by adding some 3580 LTO4 tape drives. I have found though that if I installed the 3580 driver in windows which supports the LTO4 drives (my current installed driver doesnt support the LTO4 drives), then all my pathing disappears, and all I see in drive definitions are identical qlogic hba names.
Are there anyway of preserving the existing pathing? or is it a case where I will just need to recreate the pathing from scratch?
