Policy not found

When attempting to back up the data to the TSM server. I can see that the policy is clearly defined and the syntax is correct. I've had this ticket open with IBM for several weeks now with no progress. Anyone seen this?

It's referring to the policy on the fastback server not within TSM & that policy is good to go. IBM is now starting to toss the "b" word around
