PCI requirment for encryption

I inherited this TSM environment and I have limited experience with it.
PCI compliance requires us to encrypt data with credit card data.
Can anyone give me some simple answers?

Can this be done?

What versions of Server/Client do I need?

How much effort (time wise) is required to implement?

TSM 5.2 and above supported client encryption. Look in the admin guide for details on how to set this up.

When you are configuring your encryption options - play close attention to the directory scheme within your dsm.sys or dsm.opt files on where you are going to place your encryption keys. Default may lead you astray.
You'll have the option to place these at your leisure.
