Passport Advantage

hello,

I have purchased the software TSM for ERP part number D56f7LL
I received the email containing PDF file "Prof of Entitlement" from IBM that contains 'passport advantage' 'express site number' and 'ibm customer number' etc...

what is the procedure to download the media from passport advantage website

plzz guide me

you do to connect to this page :

After Software and download media access, download finder, you select IBM Tivoli Storage Manager for Enterprise Resource Planning clic on continue after you can choose your platform etc..

i went to http://www-01.ibm.com/software/howto...portadvantage/
on the above link it asks me that "I believe I am the Primary Contact for this Site" and "site number" i got the site number from profe of entitlement email

then it display this message.......

Your society don't have an account to passport avantage ? Because it's necessary for downloaded specific software, for example software TSM for server's....

what is the primary contact ?

For example it's the director of Department IT, etc..
But ask at your chief if you have an account inside IBM....
