Oracle tdp data needs to expired

Team,

we are taking Oracle TDP backup from 2008 till now and we have 1900 tapes of oracle backup with no expiry. Now we want to apply the backup policy only with data dated 2014 and all the remaining data dated (2008 to 2013) needs to expired. kindly let us know step by step procedure and suggest which command should be run on RMAN and TDP ORACLE

If you used RMAN since 2008, the Oracle DBAs has control of expiration. Ask them to expire backup data before 2014. This is part of the RMAN policy configuration.
