Has anyone run across a situation where attempts to backup Oracle databases and logs (via TDP-O) fail while the TSM server (running AIX 6.1) is doing its db2 inventory expiration?

I have seen this phenomenon since we upgraded the TSM server from 7.1.0.0 to 7.1.4.102, and I can find no documentation on the phenomenon.

Errors messages look like this:

03/04/16 14:40:06 ANR0406I Session 3214 started for node SERVER1_ORACLE (TDP Oracle AIX) (Tcp/Ip SERVER1 (57126)). (SESSION: 3214)
03/04/16 14:40:06 ANR1401W Mount request denied for volume /filepool11/0009AA8A.BFS - mount failed. (SESSION: 3213)
03/04/16 14:40:06 ANR1626I The previous message (message number 1401) was repeated 2 times.
03/04/16 14:40:06 ANR0525W Transaction failed for session 3213 for node SERVER1_ORACLE (TDP Oracle AIX) - storage media inaccessible. (SESSION: 3213)
03/04/16 14:40:06 ANE4994S (Session: 3213, Node: SERVER1_ORACLE) TDP Oracle AIX ANU0599 TDP for Oracle: (22413570): => (server1_oracle) ANS1312E (RC12) Server media mount not possible (SESSION: 3213)
03/04/16 14:40:06 ANR0403I Session 3213 ended for node SERVER1_ORACLE (TDP Oracle AIX). (SESSION: 3213)

Since expiration doesn't use volumes, it's a coincidence that it happens during the same time.

Are there more error messages for that session?
q actlog begindate=03/04/2016 begintime=00:00 search=3213

Are all the paths online? -> q path
Are all the drives online? -> q drive
