I was wondering if anyone has seen an issue where the v8.1.9 OC License Estimation report shows front-end capacity totals for Virtual Machines and the VE DataCenter node calculated in the Capacity Used.
The summary report will show Front-End Usage and then a breakdown for each instance below along the number of clients reporting.
If you go into the License menu in the OC, it will have a link for clients reporting which takes you to the Clients view. There you can see Capacity Used for each client. This lists the type as Application (for VE node) Server (for B\A client) or Virtual (for VM).
We have front-end capacity totals for both Application and Virtual showing which would mean that our License total is double counting.
For example if we have License Estimation Report showing 200 TB Front-End license value. Our client breakdown is PROD_DC 100 TB and 10 VM's w/ 10 TB each, so VE environment is counting twice.
Any ideas on this??
