No longer getting reports

I am no longer getting reports since 2/21/2021. The reporting has stopped after running with no issues for a few years. I am getting an SMTP error and the firewall team confirm smtp is allowed. Any issues what the issue can be?

Am I am running 8.1.6

On the machine where the Operation Center is running, test the connectivity to your emall server using telnet. Procedure here:

if successful, double-check the SMTP settings in the OC. If it fails, show the errors from the telnet test to your email and network admins as telnet takes the OC out of the equation.
