We use a T3310 that has two drives on it. Our stg pool filled up over night (And as a result some of our backups havent gone through) and the migration service started but there doesnt appear be any activty on the 2 mounted tapes when doing a q vol (status filling...% used stays the same)
Server TSM 1 is disk backups and when fill migrates (Over ethernet) to Server tsm 2 that is tape backup.
Q path on both servers shows all is online
Q drive on both servers shows all is online
Q Session on both servers show the required session is running.
Q proc shows the migration service is running
How else may I check connectivty between the 2 servers and what else can i check to confirm that the migration service is running as it should?
