new user in isc can not see server

Helllo to All,
I have a user that when I log in to the isc I can see the one single server that is associated with the account. well i tried to add another user to the isc and following the instructions I thought all was ok... well when I log onto the isc with this users id I do not see the server so I went to " add a server connection" filled in the entries and the isc came back with an error message saying that this server was contacted and already exists?? could some please tell me what the heck is wrong. just for the record I think this isc is crap!

Did you install the last ISC maintenance fix?

yes, just did, and it didn't change anything

same problem here... with iscadmin

This morning the same thing happened here - but with the iscadmin user. I have no idea what is going on.
