I have a TSM server that currently has two TS3200 libraries attached via Fibre card that work fine.

I have been given another TS3200 library that has only a scsi port (no Fibre). I added a 5712(5702) scsi HBA to my server and connected the new library to it. I then updated the TS3200 firmware to the latest level and then uninstalled and reinstalled the lin_tape driver. I restarted the TSM server and the TS3200 library. Unfortunately, the library is not recognized. Can anyone tell me what else I need to do to get Linux to recognized this tape device. (i suspect this is a driver issue)

Info. I know the HBA is recognized by linux. lsslot shows this.
U787B.001.DNWB91C-P1-C4 Logical I/O Slot 0000:00:02.4 pci1069,b166

lsscsi shows the libraries that work, but not the tape library i have added.
