Hi all,

I am getting the following error when starting the Puredisk V 6.6 service on SuSE Enterprise Linux 2.6.16.60-0.42.4:

“In Authenticator Unable to load libName=/opt/VRTSat/lib/libAtWrapper.so
com.symantec.nbu.paf.exception.PAFCommunicationException: ; nested exception is:

java.lang.NullPointerException
a lib /opt/VRTSat/lib/libAtWrapper.so, existe. Foi verificado.”

“Starting PureDisk ContentRouter: spoold failed”
“Starting PureDisk JAVA GUI: java ........Starting PureDisk ContentRouter: spoold failed”

Any help is appreciated.

Best regards,

Mario
