NetApp supports NDMP Dump backup at 256 KB block size (MOVER_RECORD_SIZE). How to change this value from IBM TSM. Different softwares provide options to change this value. Does TSM provide support to change the same.

IBM TSM always make the recomendation to use the default values.

I don't believe the DISKBUFFSIZE applies to NDMP backups because the data is written to media by the filer, not by TSM. I would not experiment with the DISKBUFFSIZE unless you are trying to solve a performance problem that can be solved by tuning that.
