NDMP backup problems after 3584 S54 expansion add with ALMS enabled

Hi

I have ran in to a brick wall and need some help please? I have a 3584 library split into 2 logical partitions. The one we use for production backups and the other half we use for backing up a Celerra NS960 with NDMP. After we added a S54 expansion and enabled the ALMS feature I am struggling to mount tapes for the NDMP backups.

I think the problem could be caused by the 2 tape drives that are zoned to the Celerra. With the original config there appeared 2 drives and a tape library as seen below,

Does anyone know why this happened? The zoning did not change either.
