Need some advice , We need to backup 100 TB of data in 12 hrs .. We would like to complete the full backup with in 12 hrs plus we will have the differential backup ..

Question - is it possible complete my full backup with in 12 hours .. We have the NAS device in Celera where its through put is 6gbs and backup runs through SAN and the destination is the VTL ( EMC data domain ) ...... We have 4 streams and 2 checkpoint .
