Multiple Tapes for daily backup

It means after 3days tape will became scratch now what should I do and how should I increase to keep the backups for one month?
You need to check that your copygroups allow at least 14 versions of each file for backups to not expire and also set 'high migration pct' to 100% in the stgpool to make sure data on tapes are not reorganised.

Beware that when all tapes are filled, you must start to delete tape volumes to be able to make a new backup.

Sorry to ask how to high migration pct' to 100% ( is that reclamation? )
