Hi guys,

a simple (?) problem....

We have two HP EVA systems. On one system is a 10TB disk defined, on the other system a 20TB disk.
The 10TB disk is backed-up by TSM. Now...the free space is too small and we ant to move all data to the bigger disk !

Simple question: How can we prevent TSM from performing a new Full Backup ?

Hope you have a simple solution...
Thanks

Hubert

If you use storage tools that come with your storage device to copy/replicate the data to the new storage at the block level, and mount that new volume to the OS on the same mount point, it "should" appear as unchanged.
