Hello friends,

I have a node on "A" policy domain with a default mgmtclass with archive copy group with retver of 10 years, and for buissiness needs, I need to move node to a new "B" policy domain with a default managemt class with archive copy group with retver of 3 years, what happens with archived info that comes frome "A" policy domain and have 10 years old, does new policy domain will expire 7 years of information?

What can be done to move node to new "B" policy domain and keep 10 years of old information?, and just new archives use a retver of 3 years?

Best regards

Hello, if you only want to keep new archives for three years and the old ones for ten years, you will have to create a management class with the same name as in domain A with the same retention values and another one for your newer archives.
If your default classes in both domains have the same name, things will be a bit difficult šŸ˜ž
