Mount point reserved and manual Back-up is not running

While trying to run manual back-up , its showing "Server out of Data Storage" but the Tape is not full, its in filling stage with 49.1% filled without any R/W error . And its Mount Point is showing RESERVED by hitting "q mo" . How to get rid of this.

Kindly someone help me out on this issue ..... now its not showing 'mount point reserved' ....Its only giving ANS5092S whenever trying to take manual back-up . Thank you

Common causes:
- stgpool is full and no next pool -> add space or a next pool
- out of scratch tapes -> add scratch tapes and/or run reclamation to free scratch tapes
- tape drives offline -> check drives
