Max Scratch revoked

Hi All
can any one please suggest me
i was unfortunately decrease the max scratch count form 130 to 65 now it is 65 can any buddy tell the immpact of storage pool

it show now max scratch 65 used scratch 187 please suggest ma ASAP

If all the volumes are pre-defined and not taken from scratch, then it's fine either way.

If you need to use scratch tapes, then the maxscratch needs to be higher than scratch used in order to be able to use new scratch or at the very minimum be equal. Unless you are in a library sharing situation and want to limit the number of scratch a server can use or if you have more than one tape pool and want to limit how many tapes one of them can use, it's best to put the maxscratch ridiculously high, which means you will only be limited by the number of scratch tapes in the library.
