You can't re-run a clients backup from DSMADMC. <-- This is used for Administering TSM/Protect Servers!
You can either use the DSMC.exe cli app locally on the client using the correct backup syntax or use the gui via DSM.exe selecting those drives you want to backup.
Personally I would use DSMC, cause then you can point to an inclexcl file as part of the syntax and thus not backup unnecessary files.
