I have two standalone dlt tape libraries. How would I set them up in tivoli 5.1.0?



Previous admin set up as a library, Is this the correct way to do this? When I do label libv overwrite=yes asks me to mount a tape mount the tape and reply to message but the tape pops right back out. Very frusterated PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Are these standalone libraries or standalone drives?

Manual drives must be defined as device type GENERICTAPE or you will encounter what you have just encountered.
