Manual Incremental backup for a particular folder

Hello,

How to take manual Incremental backup for a particular node for a particular folder d:\dbsrbackups usign save

We are using networker 7.6

Server : bkpmgm01
client: lnserver5

I want to take manual incremental backup for Client : lnserver5 and for only folder d:\dbsrbackups using save command.

Pls let me know the command synatx for the same
