LTO3 drives upgrade to LTO5

Hi All,

i have 12 LTO3 drive with LTO3 media

my project is for to replace LTO3 with LTO5 , drives and media should be upgrade to LTO5

my project: i have 12 LTO3 drives with LTO3 tapes

please help me if any Document.
