LT04 tapes that show as being 100.0 % full but only containing small amounts of data

We have several LT04 tapes that show as being 100.0 % full but only containing small amounts of data. Is there any way to do reclaim with these tapes being FULL? We run reclamation on a regular schedule but it does not appear to affect these tapes.

Ok, so that tape will only be available for reclamation once "Pct. Reclaimable Space" > "Reclamation Threshold".

The tapes are showing PCT Util = 100.0 and Volume Status is Full. No new data is being written to the file so does that mean the tape will never be reclaimed?

Example:

Volume Name: MOD057L4
Pct Util: 100.0
Volume Status: Full

As data expires, it becomes reclaimable space. So once 60% of the data on the tape has become expired, the tape will be eligible for reclamation. TSM can only write to tapes in Filling state, once they are marked Full, then cannot be written to.
